Customers should return items within 5 days from the original purchase date. We are unable to accept returns made after 10 days from the original purchase date, except at the discretion of our customer service team. We are unable to accept returns on expired products, open, damaged merchandise.

- Online sales should be returned in person at the store location 1535 Sweetwater Rd #F National City, CA 91950. We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
- Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others. Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price.
- For Health reasons, no refunds or exchanges on live animals purchases.
- We accept refunds on Food for Dogs & Cats only. Any other return will have to be approved by Pet Luv Mart associate.
